DELIVERY & RETURNS

1. DELIVERY

1.1 All products supplied by The Print Locker are made to order and, where applicable, personalised to the customer’s specifications.

1.2 Orders are typically despatched within seven to ten working days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of full payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

1.3 Whilst we aim to meet the stated despatch times, these are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

1.4 Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are accurate.

1.5 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

2. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

2.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have the right to cancel an order within fourteen days. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

2.2 As the majority of our products are personalised or custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details (including spelling, names, numbers, sizes, and design selections) are correct at the time of order.

3. FAULT OR INCORRECT GOODS

3.1 In the unlikely event that goods are received faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

3.2 Notification must include:

A description of the issue
Clear photographic evidence

3.3 Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3.4 We reserve the right to request the return of faulty items before issuing a resolution.

4. LIABILITY

4.1 The Print Locker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

4.2 Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under UK consumer law.
