At The Print Locker, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom sportswear, workwear, leisurewear, school wear and accessories. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Custom Orders
All items are made to order. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on customised products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or there has been a manufacturing error.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email theprintlocker24@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations
You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it, providing your goods have not been ordered. After this period, your order is likely to have entered production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Non-Customer Items
For non-personalised products, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
