REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have the right to cancel an order within fourteen days. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

2.2 As the majority of our products are personalised or custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details (including spelling, names, numbers, sizes, and design selections) are correct at the time of order.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
3.1 In the unlikely event that goods are received faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

3.2 Notification must include:

Clear photographic evidence

3.3 Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3.4 We reserve the right to request the return of faulty items before issuing a resolution.
LIABILITY
4.1 The Print Locker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

4.2 Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under UK consumer law.
